The teachers and staff are amazing. I applied to Lafayette College early and would highly recommend anyone considering to do the same. The admissions staff were some of the nicest people I've ever met. They genuinely want to see students succeed and are more than willing to help students reach their goal of getting into college, even if it's not Drexel. From the rich diversity on campus to the array of extracurricular activities available to students, I felt both challenged and at home on campus. Family is so important to me, and at Wilkes, everyone is so welcoming and the staff is so nice and very helpful and reassuring, especially for incoming Freshman. The housing is affordable but don’t be surprised if it looks questionable. It was always a dream of mine to attend Penn State University, but living in California, it just wasn't an option for me previously. Penn State not only makes your college experience fun and exciting, but prepares you for life after this magical time. The students are very kind and everyone treats you with respect, including the professors. Everything. I have never felt so involved within my community as I do as a student at Lafayette! Nothing. Our junior engineering programs are designed for children in Pre-K to 2nd Grade and teach basic science, technology, engineering, and math skills along with social skills and collaboration skills. The class sizes are typically small, so you can develop a good relationship with professors. The teachers are very understanding and will give you the attention that larger campus professors wouldn't. Nothing. The family-oriented aspect and environment that the University has to offer in every area of the school is one of the main things that I was drawn to upon visiting the campus for the first few times.
