Personally, as a travel photographer, the added weight definitely was a negative in my book. But it is a rival in one specific respect – price. The Panasonic S1’s 24MP full-frame CMOS sensor achieves a high overall DxOMark score of 95, which is the 12th-highest place overall among all of the cameras in our database.
